no I would not use antisieze. combat rim nuts always comeapart in my experience. a few broke buthad been on since before we bombed hiroshima.
they do make a silicone based lubricant for where the tire meets the rim. specially designed not to affect the rubber. I used on my combat rims where the metal meets. made taking them apart later much easier
