Pedal arrangement is exactly the same. Most people walk on the same side they drive on. Mail delivery vehicles are RHD here. Depending what country the vehicles come from the blinker stalk and headlight stalk may be on either side of the steering column. On older vehicles with manual or auto selection on the column the shifter would (usually) be on the left side. Have a great weekend.
