It's complete enough that it could be put back to original stock. Unfortunately, I don't have anything in the fleet anymore that can tow it (WWII jeep can be hauled around with a SUV) so having the Power Wagon be able to keep up with normal traffic would increase its value to me... and it looks like that's the consensus in the marketplace as well.
