I notice that the oil gets milky faster and there seems to be a whole lot more moisture in the exhaust system if not run for longer periods of time. Otherwise, the only issue is that it is not very convenient to refill here locally. In a vehicle, it would be fine if you had a large enough cylinder, or a place that is convenient to fill.
