13 is sad mileage. is that common on the newer cummins? maybe take back on lemon law? seem like you have way more issues than a couple other guys I have talk to with 2011 and 2014 that drive them commercially. 250K miles on the one truck at the time I talked to him.
no front end issues. granted its all highway miles and out west so almost no salt.
