Can someone tell me how the chains that hold the tailgate in the open and closed position are secured at the end of the chain without the hook? The brackets that came with my bed do not have either a hole or a bolt or rivet to secure the end of the chains. Any close up images. The images I have looked at do not show sufficient detail. THANKS!
