1942 Dodge WC 24 Command Car with winch. The Build Sheet says it was built Jan 15. 1942. That’s just a few weeks after Pearl Harbor.
The vehicle is an older restoration, and has had a NOS replacement engine installed. In the last 1,000 miles the clutch was replaced at that time as well.
It is running, stopping and is being used in local parades and events. It has five brand new Firestone tires, tubes and flaps.
The Command Car is solid and very reliable. It has the original seats, windshield and was never cut. This command car is the rare winch model and has its original MU winch.
Titled, and Registered in California This is a great Command Car and if you have been looking for one. This one is a very good early Dodge Command car, and it has the round gauges.
Very easy to find parts for and maintain. I have a few spares that goes with it.
