I’m going to say it was a 3/4 ton WC ambulance that someone modified to a closed cab. The cab has the ambulance heater in it and the wiper motor cover appears to be the type used on the 3/4 ton ambulance and carryalls. The back cab though has the holes for the window grille so who knows what they cobbled together to get this look.
