Yep it’s original paint except for the top of the roof where it was repaired from the emergency light and other damage.
Original bed wood is still there. And I have the original headlights that it came from the factory with. The seat has new upholstery and a new head liner. There are date stamps on the heater and many other parts with Feb to April 1951 dates. The wiring is still factory as well as the generator and voltage regulator. It has the early style bed wood. Everything still works and it even has it’s oil bath air cleaner installed.
I believe that I am the third owner. It was a brush fire truck in Montana then was bought by a guy who took it to Alaska to work a gold mine. I bought it in 1986 at a bank repossession sale.
