fuel pump without wires?

I just got this from Dodge Boys. Looks too good to use but how do you turn it on, there are no wires. Isn't it electric? Actually i sent bill several fuel pumps that were leftovers from my parts collecting and after he rebuilt them he sent one back. I also have a number of carbs. Anyone here on the forum rebuild carbs that would want them? I have a local re-builder I can ask but wanted to give the Power wagon Guys a chance first.
