My opinions for what they are worth:

I would look this truck over very closely. If they have truly put all of that recent work into it, then they are barely making any money on the sale. And, then why did it need all of that recent work anyway? I would bet it was raced hard in the mud.

Rear driveshaft looks like it has a terrible angle to it. Can't tell if there are lift blocks between the front springs and axles, but I would hope not.

That Lincoln locker would scare me on the road. (I assume you will be driving on the road at least a little bit.) If the rear tires are not inflated exactly the same, or if one has more tread depth than the other, it will always want to pull to one side. A spool would be better than a Lincoln locker anyway. How was the metal structure changed during the welding process and is something going to break and send you into the left lane right when a bus load of nuns is coming from the other direction?

I have been in several 4-wheel-drive clubs and have had lifted trucks like this of my own. Most rigs like this are low budget. They are paid for, are rusting out, and why not jack them way up and beat the heck out of them until they fall apart?

What is the fresh paint hiding?

But, if you point out to them that Plymouth produced a Trailduster, but never a Ram Charger, maybe they will be grateful for the correction and knock a couple thousand off the asking price.
