My wife had a small business - she would always go to the ROTC at the nearby campus and hire young guys to work at her store.
They were always prompt and great workers. And it was win win -- I am amazed at the number of great people that are around -- well over half -- they are responsible and hard working. And polite.
I love the fly over states and the rural folks that keep the country on even keel.
