Optional hand crank start

Hello,

Question, were all the civilian Power Wagons equipped with the ability to hand crank start from the front?

I have a later 1966 WM300 with the newer style solenoid starter and no hole in bottom of radiator, so I'm not sure if the radiator was changed or if they eliminated that option later on?

I know my 1953 PW had a starter pedal with a hole in the bottom of radiator for hand crank.
