Brakes on PWs have to be the hardest thing to get right on them. I have spent more time doing them then any other part. Drums turned to much, Shoes don't fit into the drum right, Not centered, one end of the shoes open or closed to much. Then you get to the free play and the air in the lines. Each things adds up in the end to lousy brakes till you get it all right!
