I was told on here a long time ago you need documentation on what you did to get top dollar. Just saying you did it is not enough for some. Not sure over 1,200 hours($12.50 hr.) 1 1/2 years, 900 pictures of the process and close to $15,000.00 into it but I got $39,500.00 for my 48 Power wagon 6x6 in 30 mins. of listing it on a photo site I was storing my pictures on. He told me he looked at all the pictures and knew what was done and bought it site un seen and was happy when he got it. The project was ment to be a keeper till I got real sick at the end and sold it. I loved working on it and it was the neatest thing I ever built and that was worth more than the money was. I ended up spending it on a 2017 John Deere 4044M Tractor that cost $30,000.00 and love it cause my wore out legs loves the Auto Matic Everything and I use it all the time. I now have 290 hours of fun moving snow, loading/unloading hay, fixing roads and mowing over 40 acres on my place. I even got to build a real cool looking Cab for it that nobody has on there's. Now that I feel better. I have my eyes open for another Cheap PW to fix up one day after I get my 79 Chevy back on the road!
