I don't think that I had any moisture the fluid was slightly discolored not much. I put new fluid in twice since I owned it there was no white corrosion like I have seen in older vehicles before just some discoloration. This is the first time that I had trouble with wheel cylinders so soon I don't know for sure why. My other trucks had new wheel cylinders and lasted for years or until I sold them. This one has a new master cyl and front disc calipers that I put on when I got it
