There was likely never any WDX or later PWs with anything but a T137 engine. There would’ve been no need for a T214 out of storage. That’s not the way production works.
I’d be interested in seeing more details of number #1945 as unmolested trucks are hard to find. A truck that late likely doesn’t have many or any early details though. Most of those are done around #1500.
