VPW has the double lip seals to help from leaks. To remove the old seal I used a slide hammer with the attachment for a screw I drilled a small hole in the seal metal and forced the screw in a few hard slams and it comes out if not drill another hole and try again once it took me 3 or 4 times for one but I got it. When you torque the nut back on it is easier to make a tool to fit over the yoke and rest against the floor, per specs it has to be fairly tight
