I’m hoping you left out a digit in the first series. A 6020LW would be a 6” rim with the LW ring design. If I can figure out posting a picture to this site I’ll show you the Goodyear catalog from 1964. It shows that the 6020LW rim uses a GY R 5520 LW ring. I have one of them on a ruined wheel that was torched off the truck.
Also the Budd number doesn’t fit their patterns. For instance, my ruined wheel is a 60030. That number is stamped into the metal on the lip of the concave side. If you can find a number something like I posted I can look it up to see if my ring is correct for you. Stu
