Did you check all your fuses. You will find other things on circuits that are not listed. Often you will find things split between two circuits but only listed under one circuit. I just went through this on my truck. No blown fuses but I had to pull the fuse to cut power to reset the electronics. Of course the fuse I had to pull was not listed as having anything to do with that item.
I often find that if I Google the problem that I am having, there is a post somewhere that gives me very specific information haw to fix it. Yes a lot of the information is garbage but I always find the correct answers that I need.
