Yes, I have good clean fuel flow all the way to the injector pump. Replaced the filters, cleaned out the cans, pulled the in-tank pump and cleaned the intake screen, etc. Something is wrong in the injector pump, and given that sometimes it totally quits and sometimes it over-fuels it, it seems to me the problem has to be the governor. But I will try pulling the "hydraulic head" (watched the YouTube video) and seeing if the special clip fell off like some say it does.
