I am using the stock m37 cap and rad with a 4bt but I have a small crack next to the filler neck so I am definitely running zero pressure. Mine only gets hot when climbing long steep slippery hill climbs, in other words full throttle at walking speed for several minutes. I usually give up on making the climb when it hits 220, which probably saves me from breaking something. I run an electric fan but it is manual and I mostly leave it off on road but let it run continuous off road. I had some issues with relays on the fan and found a battery disconnect switch lasts well.
