dodge WC 1/2 ton transmission

I about to reassemble my early 4 speed transmission for my wc12. I took it apart over a year ago- I have the exploded parts diagrams and the WC 1/2 ton manual. Is there any tips or things to watch out for? I have the 2 bearings for the intermediate shaft but also have a 3rd sealed bearing? I fits the bore in the case. I think its for the later 1 ton transmission and I don't know how it got in with these parts. I may have ordered it from VP. Any how, can I use it for this gear box instead of the original ball bearing?
