Three suggestions for the inconsistent power problems:
1) make sure your fuel tank is vented. Maybe run with the cap loose if fuel wont splash out.
2) Put a new condenser in to eliminate that possibility the condenser is overheating.
3) drive the truck onto a sideways hill and park it. The goal is to tilt the gas tank so any possible solids like a rag or plastic will migrate near the filler tube. Fish around with a coat hanger or bent wire to see if something is intermittently getting sucked onto the fuel port in the tank. It then comes loose when you shut down and park - only to do the same thing later on.
