Many Many people these days have no responsibility, nor will they accept any. There is
simply no excuse for leaving child in the car or animal. If not the heat, how about a car fire. I have seen my share of car fires after being driven.
Any child left in a car and get hurts, should be charged with attempted murder. And if the child dies in the car, its murder....period...lock them up for a long long time. And doing this to a animal should reap some serious penalty so they dont forget again.
