Hope everything goes well and Pop can keep turning wrenches. A little advise... Don't put God on standby, ask Him to lead. And yes, close the shop. You don't need the customers who would not understand that decision.
My 3 month old Grandson needed hernia surgery. I took the day off. I knew in advance I wouldn't be any good to anyone that day.
