PW rims and NDT are not 100% true. Drive the truck 20 miles to warm the tires, then jack it up and rotate the wheel to identify high/low spot. Mark beginning on both sides of low area, mark center of low area, mark rim 180 degrees, demount tire and rotate to marks, align marks, mount tire. Do this if you want a better ride.
