I agree with Kaegi. I have never seen a Dodge shop manual for our trucks mention aligning driveshaft angles.

But, if you really want to do it, you have to give attention to everything - its all or nothing.

Starting with the front axle. Assuming the caster is correct, leave it alone and work back. Shim the transfer case to match the angle of the front axle. Then, shim the rear axle with wedges to match the angle of the transfer case. Lastly, shim the engine and transmission as an assembly to match the angle of the transfer case.

I think it is a lot of work for little gain. However, if it has been tweaked, it will probably be worth the effort. If nothing is tweaked, it will probably just be a big head ache.

Probably a question of more importance - are your driveshafts phased correctly? This includes the theoretical "shaft" passing through the transfer case.
