I know that song well. Have it on an LP somewhere around here. My buddies and I used to play pool into the early mornings on weekends at one of their houses back in high school and we would listen to the Dr. Demento show on the radio. Alice's Restaurant would come on at midnight. It is a good one!
Another of our favorites was Existential Blues by Tom T-bone Stankus - also featured prominently on Dr. Demento.
And of course, since we all raced Motocross, there was: "I don't want a pickle. I just want to ride on my motor....sickle."
