I have collected Standard Oil memorabilia for years. I don't have a large or expensive collection, but I have seen a lot over the years and I also have many books on the subject.
I have never seen or even heard of an original Standard Oil sign with neon. Not saying they did not exist. But I would have to see, feel, and hold them before bidding.
I had the opportunity about 30 years ago to buy an original "Dodge Job Rated Trucks" dealership neon sign. I could not afford it and had to pass it up. It cost $325.00.
