There are many weather resistant electric wiper motors in 12v and 24v available from marine supply houses such as West Marine, Boat US, Boat World, etc. They are designed for flat surface installation and work well on the military windshields. Many have mounting bosses that match the M-37 motors. They also have variable arcs - 90 to 180 degrees. There are many arms and blade choices. They may not look like a military installation but they fit AND THEY WORK.
