They don't count. Pickem-up trucks, trailers, forklifts, undescribable vehicles, tractors, "broken cars"... all part of the allotment.
My daughter curbed her Bug doin 35mph during the ThanksGiving rain storm and bent up the axle tube and some funny little Royal Joint. It was out of commission, in the back yard, for a couple of weeks while we replaced the front axle and all the bent pieces. I'm thinking of getting her a 2 day course at the Dodge/Skip Barber Driving school at Laguna Seca. She's back on the road with her "Blondie" ('64 Convertible Cabriolet).
