It rained all day here which meant instead of working outside I got to get some serious bodywork done on my 64 PW Townwagon. Along with numerous dents and a popped roof seam I've had to deal with the previous Bondo Bob job done on this truck.Don't understand what is so hard about banging out the dents to at least close to shape instead of just piling on the bondo a 1/2" thick in places. I also have used my new Hobart 135 Handler Mig welder on this project, which works great! Got it on sale 2 weeks ago for $399 and a free helmet as well. I got a new disc from my supply house for removing paint a 3-M Bristle Disc. Works great in a 4 1/2" grinder for removing paint and bondo with out eating your metal or deep scratches and come in 80,100,120 grit. Just passing that along as personal experiance.
