Hmmmmm....stainless steel waterpump. I like it.
The water pump search was a frustrating one. Napa no longer has any stock of re-manufactured pumps for the 251 motor, but they will re-build for around $50. I ended up buying one from VPW. When I get around to installing it, I'll get the old one rebuilt. My installed pump still works, she's just getting real noisy. I like the idea of having a spare water pump anyway.
I swapped out the 180 degree thermostat with a 160 and that got me down to where I don't have to constantly watch the temp gauge.
Got that off-road course going in the back yard yet?
