I used to work with stainless alot. Mostly 316. Yes, it is hard on tools and very slow going. If you can provide me with a suitable drawing or a sample of what you want, I would be happy to knock off a couple for you as well as myself. The only hard ($) part might be getting the correct material in the right shape.
