M880 Power Steering

Have M880 with standard steering. Good exercise but hard on wife and difficult to parallel park. Can't find any mid 70's power units in salvage yards. Anybody modified a late 70's and up unit to work on a 1976 M880? What all is needed and what is involved? It appears that the drag link, and steering column would all have to be swapped out. Can handle the B1PW without PS but it sure would be nice on the M880. Thanks for any insight.
