WDX---M37 Trucks

I know that the WDX and WM300 trucks had the 230 c.i. engine up until the 1960 model year when the 265 c.i. was introduced,but what about the M37 military trucks? Did the M37 trucks have the 251 c.i. engines also after 1960 and then up until their last production or did they continue to have the 230c.i. engine during their entire production run?
