Welcome Vaughn, I would have machined them for you free if I still had my equipment set up in my shop. The first run I turned them on the lathe to thin down the flange some...the pattern maker made the flange excessively thick so there was lots of meat to machine but it’s time consuming. The second batch I just ran them on my wide belt sander & it was really quick & came out perfect.
