A search of "Lug Nut Torque" in the archives shows between 500 dry ft lbs as per Budd Wheel Manufacturing, 200-250 ft lbs as per general usage, and common sense.
Common sense says get 'em good and tight, but not so tight that you can't get them off when you need to.
