Kevin,
Try gravity bleeding each cylinder.
Keep M/C full, put a hose on the bleeder & into a glass jar, and then open the bleeder.
When it stops bubbling in the jar close off the bleeder and move on to the next cylinder.
It takes awhile this way.
Also, I have had some M/C & W/C that the cups would settle to the bottom of the bore and the suck air.
