Looks fine. The tailgate is the worst part. It is embossed and has been hit. The sides as far as I can tell are pretty straight. You can see some shots of the bed as it was when I bought the truck in the pics in the ad.
I've blasted and primed the five cross members. All that would be needed will be a new wood kit with the stainless strips. The hinges are there. Oh, the rear valance is bent but can be straightened.
