The parts lists show the same part number for two pulleys - the one used to drive the mechanical governor, and the one to drive the power steering pump that mounts to the top of the head where the governor would normally sit.

I do not recall seeing any reference in the parts lists for a generator mounted pump for any of the WDX-WM300 models, but I will look again.
