that seems right to me too but mopar did have alternators pre 1960 in at least some Chrysler cars. i have worked on a few 1959 Ghia limos like the pope has and they have alternators and the first car ever to have illuminated gauge needles. in mopar the cars got stuff before trucks. like slant 6 came out in 1960 for cars and 61 for trucks. W300 no slant 6 till 63
