copper crush washers should not be reused, they are annealed and soft when new. Crushing them makes them hard. Much like copper tubing on a roll. When new the tubing easily bends.
After its bent, it get hard and resists bending the second time.
If you re anneal the crush washers, and they do not have any damage, they should be ok for a second use. I would never consider re-using crush washers.
