Dad's garage door used to bow and creak when the wind blew, because it had been patched together so many times from cars going through it.
I did the worst when I stuck my Model A half way through it using the bed as a battering ram. I was replacing the floorboards, which mean removing the seat. Since I wasn't sitting in the seat, my habit of stomping on the clutch pedal was interrupted.
Usually it was brake failure that sent a car rolling into the door. Dad would fetch a car from the barn that had brakes when it was parked, but none when he cam rolling up to the garage.
