Thanks for posting this Dave. My 1947 WDX has the Model 36 heater as shown in your first photo. As the truck was converted to 12 volt before I got it, I have often wondered if it was the original heater. The truck is still in hibernation, but I have never checked out the heater wiring to see what was done for the conversion. Maybe they changed out the motor, or I am sure there must be several guys here that have done this conversion. What is the normal remedy for this conversion?
