Looks like a M715 bed with the fuel filler neck moved rearward to accommodate the location of the WC-60 fuel tank. The winch is a postwar M series winch of some capacity, perhaps off 2-1/2 ton truck, not a WW II Braden winch that came with the WC 3/4 ton 4x4 Dodge trucks. The turn signals and loop wire guards on the front fenders also give this truck a European look.
