Hard to tell from the description what the internals are.
I noticed John Bizal at Midwest Military has them for sale, and produces his own wheel cylinders. Wonder if his have the iron pistons?
New brake wheel cylinders, USA based production, for the 3/4 ton and 6x6 WC Dodges, M37, Civilian Powerwagons and Fargo trucks. These fit the 14" drum applications. 2 left and 2 right hand.
