Right around 125k on my '06 my clutch began to fail. I replaced it with the same clutch as you did. I much prefer the Southbend clutch as it feels more like a clutch should feel. The Cummins engine seems to generate a little more of a "jerky" feeling when first engaged, but I still prefer the old style clutch/flywheel.
