We have a bag of lime in our crapper on the hill and every time you use it a small amount is spread over the fresh dung.
We always spread some lime over an old horse or cattle when we dispose of the body, all will rapidly dispose except the teeth.
If you can not locate ant Agricultural Lime just spread some lawn fertilizer over it similar to aiding in the rotting of a tree stump that you don't want to dig up.
